By using our services, the client agrees not to bypass Star Alliance Consulting S.L to contact or enter into a direct financing agreement with any lending partner introduced by us for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction

Success-Based Advisory Fee
By submitting this assessment, you acknowledge that Stateside Refi acts as a debt advisor. Our service is success-based; no upfront fees are charged. Upon a successful loan closing, an advisory fee (typically 1% to 2% of the loan amount) will be earned and deducted directly from the loan proceeds at funding.
Third-Party Costs:
While our advisory fee is success-based, please note that third-party costs required for underwriting—such as property appraisals, environmental reports, or legal entity filings—are the responsibility of the borrower and are paid directly to the service providers.
Governing Law
This agreement and any dispute arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with the courts of Madrid having exclusive jurisdiction
